Kim Kardashian – White House Correspondents’ Dinner

Happy Monday! Today I thought I would share with you a little Celeb Inspiration. Over the weekend the annual White House Correspondents’ Dinner was held, and I must say some of the frocks were amazing. However, my favourite was worn by Miss Kim K! Kim covered up her famous curves in a high necked, floor length, green velvet gown with white lace sequinned belt and shoulder panels. With her trademark smoky eye make-up and pale lipstick look, Kim kept it simple with her hair and accessories. Kim looked demure and pulled of this old-hollywood style dress!

Watercolour invitations, decorations and wedding attire are becoming a popular choice. Watercolours have the appearance of being DIY, but if you ask me, that are simply sophisticated! Vera Wang has just released her Spring 2013 Bridal Collection, and she has just done it again! I am forever blown away with Vera’s creations. I am in love with shades of red at the moment and I was so excited to see the 15 gowns in this collection. The gowns feature her trademark hand rolled details and are exquisite in every way!

Gerbera Love

Spyed this bunch of gorgeous Gerbera’s in my coffee shop this morning. It brightened my day as they match the dress I am wearing today! Enjoy. SMDx

Mum’s 50th Surprise Party

On Saturday night my husband and I hosted my gorgeous Mummy’s 50th Surprise Birthday. I had been planning it since January, and thankfully everything went perfectly and my Mum was most definitely surprised! The night was an absolute blast and I thought I would share some of the photos with you! I might just add briefly that the Lolly Buffet was an absolute hit (my Dad was a bit skeptical!) it was demolished in minutes!!!All photos are courtesy of Ross Duffy.
